Brian Turner

Having begun his career at The Savoy Grill and Simpson’s in the Strand, Brian Turner, CBE, has been a chef for over 50 years. His many awards include the Craft Guild of Chef’s Special Award, and the Wedgwood Award for his outstanding services to the industry, and he is currently President of the Royal Academy of Culinary Arts. 

Brian is now using his decades of expertise to help Restaurant Collective change the face of hospitality for independent restaurateurs. “I firmly believe Restaurant Collective is a fantastic initiative, and one I’m very proud to be a part of,” Brian says. “Bringing together independent and smaller operators to support one and other is something that would’ve been of great assistance to me and my peers when we were starting out in the industry.”
